Refund policy

At elementZ, we stand behind our products and quality controls.  

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased from us, you may request a refund or replacement product.  

To submit a refund or replacement product, please contact us at shop@elementz.com. 

You must submit your request within 30 days of the date of purchase, have an original proof of purchase and your item must be in the same state as received – unused and sealed.

elementZ reserves the right to verify information, and to deny the request in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the return policy rules.
